Circuit

Circuit is a form of aerobic exercise where we build your muscular endurance with high intensity exercises. For example, running, lunges, body weight, and light weight exercises. Circuit is a class for every fitness level- beginner to advance. You will be pushed at your own fitness level to achieve the success you are looking for.

Yoga

Basic easy to follow instruction. Slow paced with focus on stretching and relaxation. For all age groups.

H.I.T.

Intense intervals of cardio and weight training focusing on fat burning and toning of the hips, glutes, thighs, and core.
